The Senate Finance Committee approved two bills on Tuesday, according to Committee Chairman Senator Scott Hutchinson (R-21).
Senate Bill 368, introduced by Senator Camera Bartolotta (R-46), provides tax relief for small businesses impacted by the pandemic.
Senate Bill 734, introduced by Senator Art Haywood (D-4), provides reforms and controls to prevent fraud in the sale of Pennsylvania tax credits.
The bills now go to the full Senate for consideration.
